On the Sign-in options window, under Require sign-in and the question “If you’ve been away, when should Windows require you to sign-in again?”, select Never from the drop-down box. You can reach the Sign-in options window manually via Settings or by typing Sign-in options in Windows Search (lower-left corner of the screen, search icon). ![]() ![]() To do that, go to Windows Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options window. Thankfully, you can disable the password prompt that appears after your Windows 10 laptop resumes from sleep. ![]() Having to type-in your password every time your laptop PC wakes up from the sleep mode can be annoying. ![]()
